Membership Categories

Joining Oklahoma Funeral Director Association is an excellent way to further your knowledge and provide the highest quality of service.  All our members benefit from the association by enhancing their professional network, ongoing educational opportunities and the ability to strengthen their business acumen.  Because every member is not at the same place in their career, OKFDA offers several membership options to ensure accessibility to all.  Those membership options include:

 

Regular Plan Dues

This membership includes dues for your funeral home (one physical location), one individual OKFDA voting membership, the OKFDA Director Magazine & correspondence and free state convention admission for licensee holding the membership and spouse.  These dues are determined by annual case volume.

Annual Case Volume BEFORE December 31, 2023 AFTER January 31, 2024
0-99 Annual Case Volume $335 $445
100-199 Annual Case Volume $670 $775
200-299 Annual Case Volume $1055 $1165
300-399 Annual Case Volume $1240 $1350
400-499 Annual Case Volume $1405 $1510
500+ Annual Case Volume $1565 $1675

Individual Memberships

There are three types of individual memberships.

Individual Active Professional $120

  • This membership is available to licensed employees of member and non-member firms.
  • This category is not available to principles and/or managing members of establishments.
  • This membership is a voting membership and includes subscriptions to the Director Magazine.

Individual Non-Active or Retired $60

  • This membership is available to valid Oklahoma license holders who are not actively working in a funeral home, residing outside of Oklahoma, students and retirees.  
  • This is a non-voting membership and includes a subscription to the Director Magazine.

Individual Student $15

  • This membership is available to all enrolled mortuary students.
  • This is a non-voting membership and includes a subscription to the Director Magazine.

Limited Service Establishments

Embalming Service $400

  • This membership is available to Embalming Establishments.
  • This membership is a voting membership and includes a subscription to the Director Magazine
