District II Chairman

Tim Shaw

Tim is a long-time resident of the Tulsa area. He graduated from Broken Arrow High School and went on to attend college at Tulsa Community College, Lincoln Christian University, and eventually graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a bachelors in Funeral Service.

Tim’s first career was in industrial and construction supply, where he spent 17 plus years in various forms of sales, management, and supply chain logistics. After he was laid off in 2016, he decided to follow his wife’s footsteps and enroll at UCO to become a funeral director. Tim currently works for Moore Funeral Homes in Tulsa, OK. Tim has said “I come from a long line of community servants, and working in the funeral industry has afforded me to continue that family legacy and the opportunity to serve my friends, family and community.”

Tim is married to District II’s Governor, Carolyn Shaw. They have two cats: Wednesday and Veronica. In his spare time, he enjoys travelling, spending time with his friends and family, cooking BBQ, movies, board games, and martial arts.
